SHIPPING POLICY

We are here to offer our services to make the delivery of your purchase as fast and as safe as possible to meet your expectations and needs. We will send shipping estimates for customer confirmation during order processing, then will add confirmed fee to final invoice.

Parcel Options:

  • Ground
  • Express
  • LCL

White Glove Delivery Option:

  • We will arrange the shipment once your order is completed & the courier company will pick up your order at our facility. As soon as the order is completed, we will share a status update and let you know the company we are using to deliver your shipment. Once the order has been successfully picked up, we will be able to share freight tracking information (BOL #, ETA, and Delivery Contact Information). The carrier company will be in touch within a few days to schedule the delivery of your item.

  • If you have a preferred carrier, would like to organize freight shipping yourself, or even just pick up the order from our warehouse, we are happy to comply and can work with you on these options as well.

Lead Times:

  • Current In-Stock Items – Ships within 2 weeks of payment.
  • COM/COL Items in the Seating Category – Ships 10-12 weeks after receiving fabric at MOUS.
  • Items Not In-Stock – We will discuss shipping timelines and solutions with the respective customer.
  • Overall, MOUS will stay in contact should any unforeseen shipping timeline changes occur.
