STERN Side Chair
In classical and medieval periods, astrologers embarked on lengthy maritime journeys to map the stars. The STERN Side Chair draws inspiration from the wooden ships employed on such voyages, each vessel expertly crafted to withstand the elements. Burl wood veneer stained in a rich chocolate is crafted into a comfortably contoured seat. The chair’s back extends to the floor in one singular plank, across from elegantly tapered front legs; each is capped in burnished brass.
